Community Standards & Quality Guidelines

  • Deadline Discipline: Projects must be submitted before the countdown expires. Extensions require manager approval.
  • Asset Security: Raw footage, unreleased brand assets, and client documents are confidential and must never be shared externally.
  • Originality: All sound effects, transitions, and motion templates must be properly licensed or custom-crafted.
  • Constructive Revisions: Reviewers provide timestamped feedback; editors are expected to address all requested adjustments promptly within agreed limits.

Getting Started
Editors join our invite-only community primarily through targeted advertising campaigns and creator applications. Prospective video editors submit their portfolio, editing tools, hardware specifications, and primary editing styles through our Join Community application form.
Applications are reviewed by our creative directors within 24–48 hours based on narrative pacing, audio design, motion graphics quality, and client brief suitability. Once approved, an administrator provisions your private account credentials and onboarding instructions.
Projects and Workflow
Projects are assigned based on your verified software skills, hardware capabilities, past performance ratings, and turnaround availability. You receive project alerts containing the full creative brief, raw asset links, deadline countdown, and fixed project compensation before accepting.
You edit according to the brief and upload your draft deliverable links before the project countdown expires. Creative reviewers provide timestamped feedback directly inside the portal. Editors address requested adjustments within the agreed revision scope. Once the reviewer approves the final cut, the project fee is credited to your balance.
We support all industry-standard creative applications: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut (Desktop and Mobile), Apple Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Blender 3D. Projects are routed to you matching your verified software skill set and hardware setup.
Payments
Once a project is approved, its compensation is immediately credited to your platform balance. Payouts are manually disbursed directly to your verified UPI ID or bank account. Our standard transfer processing window is 48–72 hours following payout approval, processed weekly on Fridays or at month-end based on your selected cycle.
Yes. In your Editor Dashboard settings, you can select your payout preference: weekly disbursement (processed every Friday for approved earnings) or month-end settlement on the 1st of each month.
You can update your UPI ID (or bank account details) at any time through the Profile Settings tab in your Editor Dashboard. For security and fraud prevention, payment information is verified by administrators before the next manual transfer batch.
Every manual payout is accompanied by a unique banking UTR/Transaction ID and an official payment receipt screenshot uploaded by our finance team, visible in your Finance History tab. Please note: Submitting or approving a payout request queues it for disbursement; funds move when the manual transfer is finalized and confirmed with proof.
Privacy and Support
Direct one-to-one chat conversations between editors and project managers feature browser-scoped end-to-end encryption using ECDH P-256 and AES-GCM. Your private encryption keys are stored securely in your browser's local storage; only direct conversation participants can decrypt the message contents of those private chats. (Server-side records are maintained for project briefs, revision notes, and financial logs for administrative workflow integrity.)
If a recipient has not yet logged in to generate or sync their browser encryption keys, the chat interface displays a status alert indicating that key setup is required before messages can be encrypted and sent to that participant.
Editors can reach our support team directly via WhatsApp by clicking the "Contact Us" button on the navigation bar, or submit an internal support message through their dashboard workspace.
Your personal details, contact information, and submitted portfolios are strictly protected and never sold or shared with external third parties. Client raw footage and unreleased brand assets are confidential and governed by our Platform Terms & Conditions.
